Wait time policy: 30 minutes free wait for domestic arrivals and 60 minutes free wait for international arrivals after wheels down or gate arrival, then $30 per 30-minute increments. Tri-State Chauffeurs discloses any pass-through charges at the time of your quote request, so there are no surprises.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No deposit is required for standard reservations. Only a credit card is needed to secure, confirm, and reserve the booking. For weddings, large groups, and multi-vehicle events, a deposit may apply. Typical deposit terms are 60% deposit.

Is the price I'm quoted the final price?

Yes. The quoted Tri-State Chauffeurs flat rate includes vehicle fee, chauffeur, fuel, and standard tolls on the planned route. Items not included in the flat rate quote are tip and gratuity, parking (when meet-and-greet is requested or for sporting or concert events), and any client-requested add-ons (child seats, additional stops not in the original quote, extended wait time beyond the included grace period). All pass-through charges are disclosed at the time of quote. There are no surprise fees.

Are there any extra fees for late night or holiday service?

Tri-State Chauffeurs does not charge additional surcharges for late night, holiday, or peak-season service. Many chauffeur companies do; some do not. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft apply surcharges on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and Thanksgiving. With Tri-State Chauffeurs you never have to worry about surge pricing or additional surcharges for peak times or holidays. Pricing is transparent and upfront.
