I am very pleased that I have found tri-state chauffeurs. I called them on very short notice to take friends of mine that we’re visiting from Switzerland back to JFK airport. I called the company the day before and told them that my friends had to get extra luggage because of the purchase they made in the US. I was told don’t worry about it. They upgraded me to a beautiful new suburban when the driver showed up, I told him there were a lot of bags.
